Tailwind and Climate Resilience for All gave an overview of our recently released Adaptation Finance Primer on April 10, 2025.
This virtual session walked attendees through the Primer, and how to apply it in different contexts around the world. In case you missed it, you can catch the recording here.

We explored essential elements of funding and financing critical resilience projects in the face of escalating climate challenges. Every practitioner, community, and jurisdiction now needs or will need to put financing and funding into place to prepare for and defend from a hotter, wetter, drier, and generally more vulnerable world.
You’ll leave the session knowledgeable about:
- Potential financing sources for climate adaptation projects
- Emerging funding sources like Disaster Risk Finance and Loss & Damage
- The private sector’s role in financing climate resilience
- Relevant case studies from India and Africa
The Adaptation Finance Primer was co-developed by Tailwind and Climate Resilience for All (CRA) with funding from the ClimateWorks Foundation.
